A new, freestanding custom residence on a small, high profile site located within the nationally designated historic district. The house is designed to be compatible with the historic neighborhood while creating a home environment that is reflective of the family’s unique personality and lifestyle preferences. The Architect worked with the Owners to develop the new home to accommodate their new, empty nester status while comfortably accommidating visiting friends and extended family.
