New, freestanding additions and renovations to the former estate farm house created to extend the living area and garage/office for the Owner’s construction business while creating a home environment that is reflective of the family’s personalities and lifestyle preferences. The Architect worked with the Owners to develop the renovated home to accommodate the future needs of their growing family. The Architect created more communication between the interior and exterior of the house through the development of an open floor plan, glass walled great room connector between the existing house and the new garage while maintaining the identity, integrity and dignity of the original estate house.
