Transformation of an existing circa 1970’s bowling alley into a multi-venue, Family Entertainment Center (FEC). The new FEC will ultimately contain within it, several separately themed but interconnected, environments, each of which is custom designed to be attractive to the attributes of its individual, targeted demographic group. The Corporate Boutique named Insiders, is located within a separate room and contains upscale finishes with lounge sofas and furnishings, eight bowling lanes and a separate bar with complementary upscale finishes. Future phases will include a completely remodeled commercial kitchen and Sports Bar/Restaurant called Pins & Pints, a Night Club area for dating singles and young couples to include a laser tag room, an expanded Game Room for parents and children
